Cool food in Japan

One cool thing about Japan is these restaurants with this meat that comes to you raw and you have to use your chopsticks to swirl it around the hot plate to cook it. It is so delicious and I am not one to eat meat that is not well done. It cooks really quickly and it is so tender. This picture is courtesy of our night out. We actually ate this for breakfast.
